Rustica–a family-run and operated business since 1989–produces unique pizzas, gourmet chicken dishes, salads and sandwiches. Drawing on his Greek roots, owner/chef Mano Gougoumis, produces pizza dough with unique taste and texture. Several variations have been added, including the polenta/olive oil crust and Rustica’s unique “wheat-free” crust. All toppings are prepared exclusively by hand.
