Promotions Team
This group addresses issues that have to do with creating events and activities in the Village that provide a feeling a community and expose shoppers to the variety of merchandise available from Village merchants. Current promotions include:
- Farmers' Market. A weekly event that brings folks looking for the best in fresh produce and prepared foods to the Village.
- Restaurant Walk. A new event in 2009 that was such a hit we are repeating it in 2010.
- Belly to Baby Fair. A expo for new and expectant mothers, hosted by local merchant, The Tulip Grove
- Pet Mayor Contest. A opportunity to vote for your favorite pet to be honorary Montclair Village Pet Mayor for a year.
- Pacific Fine Arts Festivals. Two events, one in June and one in October, that bring fine art to Village sidewalks.
- Fall Family Festival. This new event in 2010, aimed at youths and families, is held in the Village. Live music, arts & crafts, kid's activities and more.
- Holiday Stroll. Kicking off the holiday season with a merchant window display contest, a visit from Santa, caroling on the streets and free food and drink offering from Village merchants.
